Apteral Developments is a new development company established in 2005. Our ethos is defined by an unrelenting commitment to quality and innovation. Quality characterises everything we do, from the materials we use in construction and restoration, right through to our bespoke interiors and creative lay outs.
Although we are headquartered in London, we are pursuing opportunities throughout the UK. These opportunities will include residential and commercial development.
The word ‘apteral’ means a special temple or church. We chose this name at the launch of our first project - the restoration and redevelopment of a historic Victorian church in north London. We believe that any new space, be it a residence or a place of work, should provide tranquility and a refuge from the world outside.
