Luxury Victorian Refurbishment…

Fitzrovia fully restored and refurbished this imposing, Victorian five-bedroom terrace house to a high-specification, with two Italian kitchens, generous bedrooms and a landscaped garden. The project was on a design and build basis; we highlighted the existing historical fixtures and fittings of the building whilst creating a light and spacious contemporary interior.

The fit-out included scene lighting, a dumb waiter, bespoke joinery throughout, ornate plaster cornice and the restoration of the feature wrought iron stair balustrade.

We supplied and installed new double glazed timber sashes which were especially produced to match the aesthetic of the existing Victorian sash window style. To further increase the efficiency of the building all external walls were lined with high performance phenolic insulation. This is highly effective in insulating the building fabric, whilst having minimal impact on the internal layout and size.

We constructed structurally designed retaining walls to form a terraced garden, which was then extensively landscaped.
