These Grade II Listed Buildings were extremely run down and had suffered from structural damage and extensive rot, both wet and dry. Because of their listed status, the project required a sympathetic approach to addressing the building fabric and a large portion of the project was spent reinstating the extensive lathe and plaster wall coverings though out the property.
The fit out included the installation of bespoke joinery, such as wardrobes and bathroom vanity units, solid oak flooring, handmade kitchens and scene lighting systems.
The ground level of each property consisted of a retail unit, all of which were fitted out ready for rental with bespoke timber shop fronts supplied and install to meet with the conservation requirements of the area.
